About Us: Dental Experts was started in 2006 by Haley Dollins. As a licensed dental hygienist herself, Haley laid the foundation for the business by temping in local offices, creating relationships with their teams and a reputation for quality service. More than 15 years later, Dental Experts has grown from a single dental hygienist to over 250 employees and 1300 clients throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2014, Heidi Kephart, a licensed dental assistant with a degree in Business Management, joined Dental Experts as the Director of Operations, utilizing her combination of clinical experience and business expertise to help DE become the #1 dental staffing company in the state. GETTING STARTED:
Step 1: Complete paperwork
Check your inbox for an email from WorkBright. This will give you access to the document portal where you can fill out your employment paperwork and upload copies of your license and certification(s).
Step 2: Check out employee knowledge base
Click here to visit our employee knowledge base, where you can review our employee manual and benefits info, find answers to FAQs, watch how-to videos for our app, access dental software training, and much more! Please be sure to read through each item in the "Getting Started" section of the knowledge base as it contains important information for new employees. You will also want to watch the "How to Create an Account" video, which you can find within the app how-to videos on the knowledge base.
Step 3: Download the app
After watching the "How to Create an Account" video, use the links below to download the Dental Experts app. Once downloaded please create your account and dont forget to upload your dental license and CPR.

Step 4: Enter your availability
Enter your upcoming availability in the Dental Experts app (how-to video available in knowledge base). Keep in mind that you will receive notifications about newly-posted shifts in your area for days that you are marked available. You will not receive these notifications for days that you are marked unavailable, but you are always able to sign up for shifts within the app, regardless of how your availability is set.
OUR PAY STRUCTURE:
Dental Experts is unique in that we provide our clients an opportunity to promote their shifts by allowing them to customize the hourly pay rate they offer (above a set minimum) on a shift-by-shift basis. Our current minimum hourly rate for Licensed Dental Hygienists is $53.20. This means that you are guaranteed to earn at least $53.20 per hour, with the potential to earn an increased hourly wage for select shifts. Please let us know if you have any questions about our pay structure.
IMPORTANT:
Please add our phone number (612-239-9893) to your contacts. We accept text messages within our business hours of Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. If you need to reach us in an emergency (i.e., if you are ill or running late) outside of our business hours, please always make sure to call (not text) as we have someone monitoring our phone line 24 hours a day to assist you. It is also important to note that employees may not cancel any shifts through the app without speaking with us first.
